Utilizing methods such as ideation, ethnographic research, prototyping, and service design, these works illustrate innovative approaches to business and social impact. Each project reflects a commitment to developing effective strategies that prioritize sustainability, entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership, ultimately driving meaningful change within organizations and communities.
dThink Design Thinking Platform
dThink is the product of my independent study course at Parsons. For my final presentation I pitched the idea of creating a platform that can help design thinking become mainstream by allowing users to access all its tools in one place. Dthink would be easily accessible and would have everything needed to learn and use design thinking on a daiily basis.
DUBAI SMART CITY
District 2020 is a future smart city in Dubai that is set to open its doors to residents in 2022. It is currently being used as the site for World Expo 2020 and will be repurposed as a 15-minute smart city once the Expo has ended. We partnered with District 2020 to find human-centered solutions to attract, engage, and empower its future residents by providing them with the necessary tools to decide how their community is governed.
CHEROKEE NATION
We partnered with the Cherokee Nation to identify potential new revenue sources for them to establish. Using Design Thinking tools we were able to identify the purchase of an NFL team as a potential opportunity for them.
UNITED NATIONS APP ENGAGEMENT
We partnered with the United Nations to create a campaign that would drive traffic to their new app and would promote engagement for their established Sustainability Goals. Using Design Thinking tools and research we came up with the College Sustainability Games to target College students and get them involved in Climate Change initiatives.
ACTIVIA BRAND REDESIGN CONCEPT
We identified ACTIVIA as a brand that mainly targeted a female audience and wanted to show what it would like if it they also catered to a male audience. Using Design Thinking research tools we determined that a rebrand and slight name change might be the best way to make the brand and products more inclusive.
